To perform a factory reset, go to 'Settings' > 'Backup & Reset' > 'Factory Data Reset'. Confirm the prompts to reset your device to its original settings.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different charger and outlet. If the problem persists, clean the charging port with a toothpick or compressed air.
Reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, turn off unnecessary connectivity features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and enable battery saver mode.
Go to 'Settings' > 'About Phone' > 'Software Updates'. Click 'Check for updates' and follow the instructions to install if an update is available.
Clear cached data by going to 'Settings' > 'Storage' > 'Cached Data'. Consider uninstalling unused apps and performing a system reboot.
Press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound or see a visual indication on the screen.
Go to 'Settings' > 'About Phone', then tap 'Build Number' seven times. Developer options will now appear in the main settings menu.
Use the OnePlus Switch app to transfer contacts, messages, photos, and more by following the app's on-screen instructions.
Perform a forced reboot by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds until the device restarts. If the issue persists, consider a factory reset.
Open the Camera app, go to 'Settings', and toggle the 'Shutter Sound' option on or off as desired.
