To factory reset your OnePlus 2, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by tapping 'Reset phone'. This will erase all data from your device.
Quick battery drain can be due to background apps or services. Check battery usage under Settings > Battery, and consider reducing screen brightness and disabling unused apps.
To update your OnePlus 2, go to Settings > About phone > System updates. Check for updates and follow the on-screen instructions to install.
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and in range. Restart your router and the phone. Forget and reconnect to the network under Settings > Wi-Fi.
Ensure your camera lens is clean. Use the HDR mode for better dynamic range and adjust focus and exposure settings based on lighting conditions.
Check if the charger and cable are working with other devices. Clean the charging port and try a different outlet. If the issue persists, seek professional help.
Delete unused apps, clear cache from Settings > Storage, move media to cloud storage, and use the built-in file manager to delete unwanted files.
Go to Settings > About phone, then tap 'Build number' seven times. Developer options will now appear in the main settings menu.
Avoid using intensive apps for long periods. Keep the phone out of direct sunlight, close unused apps, and update to the latest software version.
