To set the clock on your Sauter SCI760W Cooker, press the 'Clock' button, then use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the time. Confirm by pressing the 'Clock' button again.
If the oven is not heating up, ensure it is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Check the oven settings to confirm it is set to a cooking mode and temperature. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
To clean the glass door, use a soft cloth or sponge with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive materials that can scratch the glass. For stubborn stains, a mixture of baking soda and water can be applied gently.
Clean the induction hob with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner. For tough stains, use a hob scraper at a 30-degree angle. Avoid using abrasive sponges or steel wool.
Only use cookware that is compatible with induction cooking, such as pots and pans with a ferrous metal base. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of the cookware, it is suitable for induction use.
If the touch control panel is not responding, ensure that the surface is clean and dry. Reset the appliance by turning it off at the mains and then on again. If the problem continues, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual.
Perform basic maintenance checks every 6 months, which include inspecting the door seal, checking for any signs of wear or damage, and ensuring the cooker is clean and functioning properly.
If the oven light is not working, it may need replacing. Ensure the cooker is off and cool, then unscrew the light cover and replace the bulb with a new one of the same type and wattage.
To activate the child lock feature, press and hold the 'Lock' button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns on. This will prevent accidental changes to the settings.
To prevent food from sticking, ensure the hob is clean and dry before use. Preheat the pan before adding oil and food. Use the correct heat setting for the type of cooking you are doing.
