To set up speed dial, press the 'Menu' button, navigate to 'Contacts', select 'Speed Dial', and follow the on-screen instructions to assign numbers to speed dial slots.
Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to both the phone and the power outlet. Check for any visible damage on the cable or charger. If the problem persists, try using a different charger or contact customer support.
