Doro Secure 580 User Guide

To set up speed dial, press the Menu button, navigate to Settings, select Speed Dial, choose a key number, and then assign a contact from your phonebook.
First, check the charger and cable for any damage. Ensure the power outlet is functioning. If the phone still does not charge, try using a different charger.
To perform a factory reset, go to Menu > Settings > Security > Master Reset. Enter the security code, which is usually 1234, then confirm the reset.
Ensure that SOS contacts are properly set in the phone settings. Check if the SOS button is not physically stuck and ensure the phone has a signal.
While on a call, use the volume buttons on the side of the phone to adjust the call volume. For ringtone volume, go to Menu > Settings > Sound.
Check that Airplane mode is not activated. Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted and the phone is not set to Do Not Disturb mode.
If you forget the security code, you may need to perform a master reset. This will erase all data, so contact Doro support for guidance if needed.
