To set up your Doro 1380, insert the SIM card and battery, charge the device fully, turn it on by pressing the power button, and follow the on-screen instructions to select your language and set the date and time.
To adjust the volume on the Doro 1380, use the up and down buttons on the side of the phone during a call or when listening to the radio. For ringtone volume, go to Settings > Sound > Volume.
If your Doro 1380 does not turn on, ensure that the battery is charged. Try charging the phone for at least 30 minutes, then attempt to power it on again. If the issue persists, check the battery contacts and consider replacing the battery.
To add a contact, press the Menu button, select Contacts, then choose Add Contact. Enter the contact's name and number, and save the entry.
To send a text message, press the Menu button, select Messages, then choose Create Message. Enter the recipient's number or select from Contacts, type your message, and press Send.
To reset your Doro 1380 to factory settings, go to Settings > Security > Restore Factory. Confirm your selection by entering the phone's security code.
If the keypad is not responding, turn off the phone and remove the battery. Clean the keypad gently with a dry cloth, reinsert the battery, and restart the phone. If the problem continues, consider seeking professional repair services.
To activate the SOS feature, go to Settings > Assistance > SOS Settings. Enable the SOS function and configure the emergency contacts and message details.
To check the remaining battery life, look at the battery icon on the phone's display screen. For a more detailed view, go to Settings > Battery.
To change the language on your Doro 1380, go to Settings > General > Language and select your preferred language from the list.
