To set up your Doro PhoneEasy 621, insert the SIM card and battery. Charge the phone completely. Turn it on by pressing the red button. Follow the on-screen instructions to select language and set the date and time.
Transfer contacts using the SIM card by copying contacts from the old phone to the SIM card, then insert the SIM card into the Doro PhoneEasy 621 and import them.
If your phone isn't turning on, ensure the battery is charged. If it still doesn't turn on, try removing and reinserting the battery. Check for any damage to the battery or charging port.
To adjust the volume, use the up and down buttons located on the side of the phone. You can change the volume during a call or when the phone is idle.
To reset your phone, go to 'Menu', then 'Settings', select 'Security', and choose 'Master reset'. Enter the security code (default is 1234) and confirm the reset.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, turn off Bluetooth and GPS when not in use, close unused apps, and keep the phone updated with the latest firmware.
To send a text message, press 'Menu', select 'Messages', choose 'Write message', type your message, enter the recipient's number, and press 'Send'.
If you forget your security code, try the default code 1234. If that doesn't work, contact Doro customer support for assistance in resetting the code.
To activate the SOS button, press and hold the button on the back of the phone for 3 seconds. The phone will start dialing the preset emergency contacts.
To update the software, check the Doro website for any available updates. Download the update to your computer and follow the instructions to install it on your phone via USB.
