To set up your Doro Primo 366 for the first time, insert the SIM card and battery, turn on the phone, and follow the on-screen instructions to select your language and configure basic settings.
To perform a factory reset, go to Menu > Settings > Security > Master Reset and follow the prompts to reset your device to its factory settings.
Ensure the charger is properly connected to the phone and the power outlet. Try using a different charger or outlet. If the problem persists, the battery or charging port may need to be checked by a professional.
To add contacts, go to Menu > Contacts > Add Contact, then enter the contact's name and phone number. Save the contact when finished.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and close unused apps to minimize battery consumption.
Ensure that the phone is not in Airplane mode and that network coverage is available. Check call settings to make sure call barring is not enabled and divert settings are correct.
To lock the keypad, press and hold the star (*) key until the lock icon appears. To unlock, press the star (*) key again and follow the on-screen instructions.
To access voicemail, press and hold the number 1 key on the keypad. Follow the voice prompts to listen to and manage your voicemail messages.
Try restarting the phone by removing and reinserting the battery. If the problem continues, a factory reset may be necessary, or consult a technician.
To change the ringtone, go to Menu > Settings > Tones > Ringtones, then select your preferred ringtone from the list.
