To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset. Confirm the reset by following the on-screen instructions. Ensure to back up any important data as this process will erase all personal information.
Open the Settings app, tap on 'Wireless & networks', then select 'Wi-Fi settings'. Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on, and choose your network from the list. Enter the password if prompted.
First, ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source using the original charger. If it still won't power on, try a hard reset by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
