To clean the lens, turn off the projector and allow it to cool. Use a microfiber cloth or lens cleaning paper to gently wipe the lens. Avoid using any liquids directly on the lens.
Ensure the projector is properly connected to a power source and the power cable is not damaged. Check the power button and remote control batteries. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact BenQ support.
You can adjust the image size by moving the projector closer or further from the screen, or by using the zoom feature on the projector's lens.
