To take a screenshot on the Realme 5 Pro, press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until you see a flash on the screen. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app.
If your Realme 5 Pro is not charging, check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Try using a different charger. Also, clean the charging port to ensure there is no dust or debris. If the problem persists, consider contacting Realme support.
