To take a screenshot on the Honor X7, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see the screen flash. You can also swipe down from the top of the screen to access the quick settings menu and tap the 'Screenshot' icon.
To reset your Honor X7 to factory settings, go to 'Settings' > 'System & updates' > 'Reset' > 'Factory data reset'. Confirm your selection and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.
