To configure network settings on the GXV3350, navigate to the phone's web interface, log in as admin, and go to the 'Network Settings' section. From there, you can set up DHCP, static IP, or VLAN configurations as per your requirements.
Ensure that the SIP server address, port, and account credentials are correctly entered in the phone's settings. Also, check your network connection and firewall settings to ensure that the required ports are open.
To reset the GXV3350 to factory settings, go to 'Settings' > 'Advanced Settings' > 'Factory Reset' on the phone's interface. Confirm the reset when prompted. Alternatively, you can perform a reset via the web interface.
Download the latest firmware from the Grandstream website. Access the phone's web interface, navigate to 'Maintenance' > 'Upgrade and Provisioning', and upload the firmware file. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade.
To configure call forwarding, go to 'Settings' > 'Call Features' on the phone's menu. Choose the type of forwarding (e.g., unconditional, busy, or no answer) and enter the forwarding number.
Check the volume settings on both the handset and the phone. Ensure that the network connection is stable and has sufficient bandwidth. Update the firmware to the latest version and verify codec compatibility with the SIP server.
Access the phone's web interface, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Network Settings' > 'VPN'. Choose the VPN type (e.g., OpenVPN), and enter the necessary credentials and server information. Save and apply the settings.
To configure the phonebook, access the web interface, and go to 'Phonebook' > 'Local Phonebook'. Here, you can add, edit, or delete contacts. You can also import contacts from a CSV file.
Try rebooting the phone by disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. Ensure the firmware is up-to-date to prevent software-related issues.
Access the web interface and navigate to 'Accounts'. You can configure up to 6 SIP accounts, each corresponding to a line. Enter the necessary account details and register each line with your SIP server.
