To pair the Enacfire A9 earbuds, turn on Bluetooth on your device. Then, take the earbuds out of the case. They will automatically enter pairing mode. Select 'Enacfire A9' from the list of available devices on your phone or computer to connect.
If one earbud is not charging, ensure that the charging contacts on both the earbud and the case are clean. You can gently wipe them with a dry cloth. Also, ensure the earbud is seated correctly in the case.
