To perform a factory reset, turn off the unit, then press and hold the "Power" button while simultaneously pressing the "Speaker A" and "Speaker B" buttons until the display shows "Initialized".
Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the power outlet is functioning. Check for any blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers. If the issue persists, consult a professional technician.
Connect the AVR-A100 to the internet via Ethernet. Go to "Setup" > "General" > "Firmware" > "Check for Update" and follow the on-screen instructions.
For optimal movie sound, use the "Dolby Surround" or "DTS Neural:X" modes, and adjust the Audyssey settings to suit your room acoustics.
Ensure all HDMI cables are properly connected and the source device is set to output to HDMI. Try different HDMI cables and ports to isolate the problem. Resetting the HDMI settings may also help.
The AVR-A100 does not support Bluetooth transmission directly. Use a Bluetooth transmitter connected to the headphone output or use a compatible external device.
Regularly dust the unit and ensure that it is well ventilated. Check for firmware updates periodically and inspect all connections for wear or damage.
Position your router closer to the AVR-A100 or use a wired Ethernet connection for more stable performance. Consider a Wi-Fi extender if needed.
Check that all speaker wires are properly connected and that the speaker configuration settings are correct in the setup menu. Ensure that "Mute" is not activated.
Connect the speakers for the additional zone to the appropriate terminals. In the setup menu, configure the "Zone 2" or "Zone 3" settings to control the audio source and volume independently.
