To perform a factory reset, restart the PC and press F8 until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears. Select 'Repair Your Computer', choose the keyboard layout, and log in as a user with administrative rights. Select 'Dell Factory Image Restore' and follow the on-screen instructions.
