To connect the Canon imageCLASS MF414dw to a wireless network, press the Menu button, navigate to the 'Network Settings', select 'Wireless LAN Settings', then choose 'SSID Settings'. Select your network and enter the password when prompted.
Check if the printer is properly connected to the network or computer. Ensure that there is enough paper and toner. Restart both the printer and the connected device. Verify that the correct printer driver is installed.
To perform a factory reset, press the Menu button, go to 'Management Settings', select 'Initialize All Data/Settings', and confirm the selection. Note that this will erase all custom settings.

In the printer driver settings on your computer, select the option for '2-sided Printing' or 'Duplex Printing'. You can also set this directly on the printer by pressing Menu, navigating to 'Print Settings', and selecting '2-sided Printing'.
