To connect the Canon imageCLASS MF269dw VP to a wireless network, press the Menu button on the control panel, navigate to Network Settings, select Wireless LAN Settings, and then choose SSID Settings. Select your network from the list and enter the password if prompted.

Download the latest firmware from the Canon support website. Connect the printer to your computer via USB or network. Use the included firmware update utility to install the update, following the on-screen instructions.
Regularly check and replace the toner cartridge when necessary, clean the printer's exterior and scanner glass, and ensure that the paper feed rollers are free of dust. Periodically update the firmware to ensure optimal performance.
