To connect your printer to a wireless network, press and hold the WPS button on your router. Then, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the LED lamp blinks. Release the button when the lamp starts flashing. The printer will now attempt to connect to the network.
First, ensure that the printer is powered on and connected to the network. Check for any error messages on the printer's display. Verify that the printer is set as the default printer on your computer and that there are no pending print jobs. Restart both the printer and your computer if necessary.
Open the front cover of the printer. Pull out the toner cartridge tray and remove the empty toner cartridge. Unpack the new toner cartridge and gently shake it to distribute the toner evenly. Insert the new cartridge into the tray, ensuring it's properly seated, and close the front cover.
To perform a factory reset, turn off the printer. Hold down the Stop button while turning the printer back on. Continue holding the Stop button until the Alarm indicator flashes. Release the button, and the printer will reset to factory settings.
Ensure that you are using the correct type of paper and that it is loaded properly. Check the toner levels and replace any low toner cartridges. Use the printer's cleaning function to clean the toner cartridges and rollers. If the problem persists, perform a calibration from the printer's settings menu.
Download and install the Canon PRINT Business app on your mobile device. Ensure that both your mobile device and the printer are connected to the same wireless network. Open the app, select your printer, and choose the document or photo you wish to print. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the printing process.
Regularly check and refill paper trays as needed. Replace toner cartridges when low. Clean the exterior and interior of the printer using a soft, dry cloth. Run the printer's automatic cleaning program periodically to maintain print quality. Ensure the printer firmware is up to date.
Visit the Canon support website and download the latest firmware for your printer model. Follow the provided instructions to install the firmware on your printer. Ensure that the printer remains powered on during the update process, and do not disconnect it from the computer or network.
Ensure that you are using the correct type and size of paper. Do not overfill the paper tray. Check for and remove any debris or torn pieces of paper inside the printer. Adjust the paper guides in the tray to ensure they are snug against the paper.
Open the printer settings on your computer. Select the 'Print' menu and choose your Canon printer. Under 'Preferences' or 'Properties', find the option for 'Duplex Printing' or 'Two-sided Printing', and enable it. Follow any additional prompts to set up double-sided printing.
