To turn on the AGA EC3 Cooker, ensure that the power supply is connected. Press the power button located on the control panel and wait for the cooker to initialize.
First, check that the oven is set to the correct temperature. If the problem persists, verify that the door is sealing properly and that the heating elements are not damaged. Consult the manual for further troubleshooting or contact support.
To clean the cooker, allow it to cool completely. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to wipe down surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners and ensure the cooker is dry before using it again.
Noises from the fan may indicate debris or a loose component. Turn off the cooker and unplug it before inspecting the fan area for any obstructions or loose parts. If the noise persists, contact a technician.
Press the timer button on the control panel, then use the increase and decrease buttons to set the desired time. Press the timer button again to start the countdown.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the cooker after each use, checking for any signs of wear, and scheduling annual professional servicing to ensure optimal performance.
The AGA EC3 Cooker requires electricity to operate and cannot be used during a power outage. Consider using a backup generator if cooking is necessary during such times.
Ensure the cooker is off and cool. Remove the protective cover inside the oven, unscrew the old bulb, and replace it with a new one of the same type and wattage. Replace the cover before using the oven.
It's normal to experience a smell due to protective coatings burning off during the initial use. Ensure the area is well-ventilated and the smell should dissipate after the first few uses.
To prevent sticking, preheat the hotplates thoroughly before cooking and use a small amount of cooking oil. Regularly cleaning the hotplates will also help maintain a non-stick surface.
