To set the temperature, use the digital control panel located inside the refrigerator. Press the 'Temp' button to cycle through the available settings until you reach the desired temperature.
First, ensure that the refrigerator is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Check if the temperature settings are correct. Clean the condenser coils and make sure the door seals are tight. If the issue persists, consult a professional technician.
The AGA ADXD21 is a frost-free model, so manual defrosting is not required. However, it's a good practice to clean out the freezer once or twice a year to maintain efficiency.
To clean the water dispenser, first disconnect the refrigerator from the power source. Use a mixture of warm water and mild detergent to clean the dispenser area. Rinse thoroughly and reconnect the power.
Place heavier items on the lower shelves and use the upper shelves for lighter items. Keep frequently used items at the front and ensure there is space for air circulation. Use the door shelves for condiments and drinks.
Unusual noises may be due to uneven leveling, items inside touching the interior walls, or the refrigerator cycling on and off. Check for these issues and ensure the refrigerator is on a stable surface.
To replace the light bulb, unplug the refrigerator, remove the light cover, and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage, then reattach the cover.
Ensure that the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected. Check for any ice blockages and ensure the freezer temperature is set to the correct level. If issues persist, consult the user manual or a technician.
To reset the refrigerator, unplug it from the power source, wait about five minutes, and then plug it back in. This can help resolve minor electronic glitches.
Regularly clean the condenser coils, check and replace door seals if necessary, ensure proper air circulation, and keep the refrigerator level. Regularly inspect for leaks and unusual noises.
