To perform a factory reset on your ZTE Blade A7 Prime, go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm the action and wait for the phone to reset.
Rapid battery drain can be caused by background apps, high screen brightness, or outdated software. Check battery usage in Settings, close unused apps, reduce screen brightness, and ensure your software is up to date.
To take a screenshot on the ZTE Blade A7 Prime, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you see the screen flash.
