To perform a factory reset on your ZTE Blade 10 Prime, go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm your choice and wait for the device to reset.
If your device won't turn on, try holding the power button for about 10-15 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, plug it into the charger and try again after a few minutes.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you see the screen flash. The screenshot will be saved in your Photos app.
To improve battery life, reduce screen brightness, close unnecessary apps running in the background, and disable Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS when not in use.
To update the software, go to Settings > System > Advanced > System update. If an update is available, follow the prompts to download and install it.
If your device is running slowly, try restarting it, clearing the cache, and uninstalling unused apps. Also, ensure your software is up to date.
To insert a SIM card, locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device. Use a SIM ejector tool to open the tray, place the SIM card into the slot, and push the tray back in.
To connect to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi. Turn on Wi-Fi, select your network, enter the password if required, and tap Connect.
To transfer files, connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable. Select 'File Transfer' mode on your phone, then access your phone's storage from your computer.
To enable Do Not Disturb, go to Settings > Sound > Do Not Disturb. From there, you can customize your preferences and schedule Do Not Disturb to turn on automatically.
