To perform a factory reset on the ZTE Avid 559, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm your choice and wait for the process to complete.
First, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on. Check if the phone is in airplane mode, which disables Wi-Fi. Restart both your router and the phone. If issues persist, forget and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
Reduce screen brightness and timeout duration, disable unnecessary background apps, use battery saver mode, and turn off connectivity features like Bluetooth and GPS when not in use.
Ensure the battery is charged. Try a different charger or cable if necessary. Perform a hard reset by holding the power and volume up buttons until the device vibrates. If the problem persists, seek professional assistance.
Delete unused apps, clear app caches, move media files to an SD card, and backup and remove old photos and videos. Use the storage management feature in settings for further optimization.
Navigate to Settings > System > System updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it. Ensure your device is charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
Close unused apps running in the background, clear app caches, delete unnecessary files, and consider a factory reset if the device continues to lag. Ensure your device software is up-to-date.
Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App permissions. Select the permission type, then choose the app to enable or disable permissions as needed.
Unfortunately, the ZTE Avid 559 does not support fingerprint lock as it lacks a fingerprint sensor. Consider using a PIN, pattern, or password for security.
Connect the phone to a computer using a USB cable. Select 'File Transfer' from the USB options on your phone. The device should appear on your computer, allowing you to drag and drop files.
