To connect the Yealink YHS33, plug the RJ9 connector into the headset port on your phone. Ensure it clicks into place to secure the connection.
Ensure the headset is properly connected to the phone. Check the volume settings on both the headset and the phone. If the issue persists, try using the headset with another device to rule out a faulty headset.
The Yealink YHS33 is designed for use with compatible desk phones. To use it with a computer, you may need an RJ9 to USB adapter or a compatible sound card with an RJ9 port.
Gently pull or push the headband to adjust its size. The headband is designed to extend or contract to fit different head sizes comfortably.
Check the connection to ensure the headset is properly plugged in. Make sure the microphone is positioned close to your mouth. If the issue continues, try using the headset on another device or contact support for further assistance.
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the headset. Avoid using liquids or harsh chemicals. Regularly check for any signs of wear and tear and replace ear cushions if they become damaged.
The Yealink YHS33 is compatible with most Yealink desk phones that have an RJ9 port. Check the phone's specifications or consult the manufacturer to confirm compatibility.
Gently pull the old ear cushions off the headset. Align the new cushions with the ear cups and press firmly until they are securely in place.
Check all connections to ensure they are secure. Try using the headset with another phone to determine if the issue is with the headset or the original phone. If problems persist, consider replacing the cables or contacting support.
The Yealink YHS33 is designed with an integrated microphone boom, and using a different one is not recommended as it may not fit or function properly.
