To load glossy paper, open the paper tray and adjust the guides to fit the size of the glossy paper. Place the glossy paper with the print side facing down and ensure that it is aligned with the guides before closing the tray.
Access the printer settings from the print dialog in your application. Select the 'Media Type' option and choose 'Glossy Paper'. Adjust the print quality settings to 'High' for optimal results.
Ensure that the paper guides in the tray are snug against the paper without bending it. Check for any paper jams or debris in the paper path. If the problem persists, clean the paper feed rollers.
Allow the printed pages to dry completely before handling. Ensure that you are using compatible glossy paper and that the correct media type is selected in the printer settings.
The Phaser 2135 does not support borderless printing. You will need to trim the edges manually if borderless prints are required.
First, ensure that you have selected the correct media type in the printer settings. Perform a color calibration from the printer menu. Check the toner levels and replace any cartridges that are low or empty.
Navigate to the printer's maintenance menu and select the 'Clean Print Heads' option. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cleaning process.
Check that the paper is loaded correctly and that the guides are properly set. Perform a print alignment from the printer’s settings menu to correct any skewing issues.
Regularly clean the printer’s exterior and interior to remove dust and debris. Update the printer firmware as needed and check for driver updates. Perform routine calibration and cleaning as recommended by the user manual.
Ensure that you are using the recommended paper type and size. Do not overfill the paper tray and ensure the paper is flat and not curled. Regularly clean the feed rollers to prevent paper jams.
