Open the front cover and gently pull out the jammed paper. If necessary, open the side cover and remove any additional paper. Ensure all paper fragments are cleared before closing the covers and resuming printing.
Check the toner cartridge to ensure it is not empty, and verify that the paper is loaded correctly. Additionally, ensure that the document you are printing contains content and that the print settings are correct.
Make sure that the paper tray is not overloaded and that the paper guides are correctly positioned. Use high-quality paper and regularly clean the paper feed rollers to prevent slippage and misfeeds.
Open the front cover, remove the old toner cartridge by pulling it out, and install the new cartridge by aligning it with the guides and sliding it in until it clicks into place. Close the front cover after replacement.
Ensure that the toner cartridge is not low or empty, and use the printer's cleaning function to remove any excess toner buildup. Adjust print settings for quality and check paper type compatibility.
Press the Menu button on the control panel, navigate to Admin Settings, select Maintenance, and then choose Reset Defaults. Confirm the action and the printer will restart with factory settings.
Routinely check and replace the toner cartridges as needed, clean the paper feed rollers monthly, and update the printer firmware regularly. Conduct a full maintenance check annually.
Access the printer's menu, go to Network Settings, and select Wireless Setup. Choose your network from the list, enter the password, and confirm the setup to connect.
Remove the toner cartridge, gently shake it, and reinstall it securely. Ensure that it is a compatible Xerox cartridge and that the contacts are clean. Restart the printer if necessary.
Visit the Xerox support website, download the latest firmware for the Phaser 5335, and follow the instructions provided in the update utility to install it via USB or network connection.
