To install the driver, download the latest version from the Xerox support website. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions, ensuring the printer is connected to your computer via USB or network.
Check if the printer is turned on and connected to your computer. Ensure there is paper in the tray and the ink/toner levels are adequate. Restart the printer and computer if needed.
Open the front cover and carefully remove any jammed paper. Check the paper tray and rear access panel for any additional jams. Ensure no small pieces are left inside the printer.
Press the 'Menu' button on the control panel, navigate to 'Admin Settings', and select 'Restore Defaults'. Confirm your selection to reset the printer to factory settings.
