To register an additional handset, place it on the base and press the 'Find Handset' button on the base unit for 5 seconds. The handset will display a confirmation message once registered.
If "Out of Range" is displayed, move closer to the base unit. Ensure the base is connected to power and the phone line. Avoid obstructions and electronic interference.
To listen to voicemail messages, press the 'Message' button on the base unit or handset. Follow the voice prompts to play, delete, or save messages.
To adjust the ringer volume, press the 'Menu' button on the handset, select 'Ringer Volume' and use the arrow keys to increase or decrease the volume. Press 'OK' to save changes.
To reset the phone, press and hold the 'End' button on the handset, select 'Settings', then 'Reset'. Confirm reset by selecting 'Yes'. This will restore default settings.
To make a conference call, call the first number. Once connected, press the 'Conference' button, then dial the second number. Press 'Conference' again to connect all parties.
To replace the batteries, remove the battery cover on the back of the handset. Take out old batteries and insert new rechargeable AAA batteries. Replace the cover and charge the handset.
To block calls, press 'Menu' on the handset, select 'Call Block', then 'Block List'. Add the number you wish to block and confirm by pressing 'Save'.
Ensure the handset is placed correctly on the base. Check for dirty or damaged charging contacts. If the problem persists, replace the rechargeable batteries.
