To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, and close the door. Select your desired wash cycle using the cycle selector dial, adjust the settings if necessary, and press the Start/Pause button.
The "4C" error code indicates a water supply issue. Ensure the water faucets are fully open, hoses are not kinked, and the water inlet filters are clean. If the problem persists, check for any blockages in the hoses.
To perform a drum clean, ensure the drum is empty, then press the Power button. Turn the cycle selector to the Drum Clean cycle, and press Start. Use a drum cleaning detergent if desired.
If the machine is not draining, check for blockages in the drain hose and ensure it's not kinked. Also, clean the debris filter located at the bottom front of the machine.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load. Ensure the machine is level, redistribute the laundry evenly, and check that all transit bolts have been removed.
To use the Delay End function, select your wash cycle, then press the Delay End button until the desired delay time is displayed. Press Start to activate the delay timer.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the drum, checking and cleaning the detergent drawer, inspecting and cleaning the door seal, and ensuring the water inlet filters are free of debris.
Check for leaks around the door seal, inspect hoses for cracks or loose connections, and ensure the detergent drawer is not overfilled. If leaks persist, consult a professional technician.
The "Sud" message appears when too much foam is detected, usually due to excessive detergent. Run a rinse cycle to clear the excess suds and ensure you are using the recommended detergent amounts.
To reset the washing machine, unplug it from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in. This can help resolve some minor issues.
