To reset the control panel, press and hold the Power Freeze and Power Cool buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. This should reset the display.
Ensure that the ice maker is turned on and that the water supply line is connected and not kinked. Check the freezer temperature and make sure it is set to 0°F (-18°C).
The water filter should be replaced rather than cleaned. Locate the filter inside the refrigerator, turn it counterclockwise, and remove it. Install a new filter by turning it clockwise until secure.
Check if the refrigerator doors are sealing properly. Ensure the vents inside are not blocked by stored items. Verify that the temperature settings are correct.
