To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Delete all. This will erase all data on your phone.
Ensure your Wi-Fi is turned on, restart your router and phone, forget and reconnect to the network, and check if other devices can connect to the same network.
Reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, turn off GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi when not in use, and check for battery-draining apps.
Go to Settings > About device > Software update > Update. Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life.

Ensure your screen is clean, remove any screen protectors, check for software updates, and restart your device.
Perform a soft reset by holding the Power button for about 10 seconds until the device restarts.
Go to Settings > About device > Tap 'Build number' seven times to enable Developer options in the Settings menu.
