To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pressing the release lever. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue. Use a soft brush to clean the compartment if necessary. Reinsert the drawer once it's dry.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the drain filter is clean by accessing it through the lower front panel. Clear any debris and reattach everything securely.
To run a self-clean cycle, ensure the drum is empty, then press the power button, select the Self Clean cycle, and press Start. This cycle helps remove any residue and odor from the drum.
The "HE" error code indicates a heating error. Check if the water supply is adequate and that the machine is not overloaded. If the problem persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
To balance a load, distribute clothes evenly around the drum. Avoid washing a single heavy item like a blanket alone. If the machine detects imbalance, it will try to redistribute the load automatically.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the detergent drawer, drain filter, and door seal. Run a Self Clean cycle monthly, and ensure the drum and hoses are free from any obstructions.
Excessive vibration could be due to an unbalanced load, improper leveling, or a weak floor. Make sure the machine is level and on a sturdy surface. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary.
To unlock the door, pause the cycle by pressing the Start/Pause button. Wait for the door lock indicator to turn off, then open the door. Note that the door cannot be opened if water is above a certain level or the temperature is too high.
Ensure the power cord is properly plugged in and the door is securely closed. Check the circuit breaker and outlet. If the machine still does not start, try resetting it by unplugging for a few minutes.
To prevent mold and mildew, leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and run Self Clean cycles with bleach to eliminate any odor-causing bacteria.
