To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, close the door, select the desired cycle using the control panel, and press the Start/Pause button to begin the wash.
First, check the drain hose for any kinks or clogs. Make sure the drain hose is positioned correctly. If the problem persists, clean the pump filter located at the front bottom of the machine.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out and pressing down on the release lever. Rinse it under warm water and use a soft brush to remove any residue. Reinsert the drawer once it is clean and dry.
Run a monthly self-clean cycle with an empty drum using a washing machine cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and baking soda. Leave the door and detergent drawer open between washes to allow the interior to dry.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet. Avoid overloading the drum and make sure the load is balanced. Check for any foreign objects in the drum that could cause imbalance.
Check if the washing machine is plugged in and the power outlet is working. Ensure the door is closed securely. Verify that the water supply taps are turned on. If the problem continues, consult the user manual for further troubleshooting.
Distribute the laundry evenly in the drum and avoid mixing heavy and light items. Use the appropriate cycle for the type of load to ensure the machine can balance the load effectively.
Check that the water supply taps are open and the hoses are not kinked. Inspect the inlet filter for blockages and clean it if necessary. Ensure that the home's water supply is functioning.
After selecting your desired wash cycle, press the Delay End button to set a later start time. Adjust the delay time using the control panel and press Start/Pause to activate the feature.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the drum, door seal, and detergent drawer; checking and cleaning the pump filter; and descaling the machine periodically. Perform these tasks monthly or as needed.
