To use the Pure Cycle, turn on your washing machine, select the Pure Cycle option on the control panel, and press the start button. Ensure the drum is empty before starting the cycle as it is designed to clean the drum itself.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the height of the drain hose is as specified in the manual. Clean the pump filter and check for any obstructions.
It is recommended to run the Pure Cycle once a month to maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of your washing machine.
Ensure the washing machine is level and all feet are in contact with the floor. Avoid overloading the machine and distribute clothes evenly in the drum.
Check if the door is closed properly. Ensure the power cord is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Confirm that the water supply valves are open.
Run the Pure Cycle with a washing machine cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to eliminate odors. Leave the door open after each wash to allow the interior to dry.
Ensure the water supply valves are fully open. Check for kinked hoses and clean the water inlet filters if they are clogged.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out while pressing down the release lever. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue and reinsert it into the machine.
Clean the drum and detergent drawer monthly, check the hoses for wear or leaks, and clean the pump filter regularly to ensure proper drainage.
Refer to the user manual for specific error codes. Common solutions include checking water supply, ensuring the door is closed, and resetting the machine by unplugging it for a few minutes.
