To run the Pure Cycle on your Samsung WF361BT, press the Power button to turn on the washer, then press the Pure Cycle button. This cycle is designed to clean the drum and remove detergent residue.
Check if the load is balanced and not too heavy or too light. Make sure the lid is properly closed, and examine the spin cycle settings. If the problem persists, inspect the drive belt and motor coupling for any signs of damage.
Regular maintenance should be performed at least once a month. This includes running the Pure Cycle, cleaning the detergent drawer, and checking the hoses for any signs of wear or leaks.
The 'nd' error code indicates a no-drain condition. Check for clogs in the drain hose or pump filter, and ensure that the drain hose is positioned correctly.
Ensure the washing machine is level and on a solid surface. Check for any loose objects inside the drum and verify that the load is balanced. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load or an uneven floor. Redistribute the laundry evenly and ensure the washer is level. Check the suspension springs and dampening straps for wear.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Soak it in warm water and scrub with a soft brush to remove any detergent residue. Rinse thoroughly and reinstall.
Run a hot water cycle with bleach or a washing machine cleaner. Wipe the door seal and interior with a mixture of vinegar and water, and leave the door open to air out the drum after each wash.
Use cold water settings whenever possible, and run full loads to maximize efficiency. Regularly clean the lint filter and drum to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure that the cycle has fully completed and there is no water left in the drum. If the door remains locked, perform a manual reset by unplugging the machine for a few minutes, then try opening the door again.
