Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out while pressing the release lever. Soak it in warm water and scrub with a soft brush to remove any residue.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and filter. Use the Pure Cycle monthly and ensure the machine is level to avoid vibrations.
Ensure the machine is level and that all shipping bolts have been removed. Also, check if the load is balanced inside the drum.
Check the power connection and ensure the door is closed properly. Verify that the water supply is turned on and the control panel is not locked.
Run the Pure Cycle to clean the drum. Also, leave the door open after each wash to allow the interior to dry and prevent odor build-up.
Inspect the water hoses for cracks or loose connections. Ensure the door seal is clean and free from debris that might prevent a proper seal.
The "dE" error indicates a door issue. Ensure the door is properly closed. If the problem persists, check for obstructions or a faulty door latch.
To reset the washer, unplug it from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in. This can help resolve minor software issues.
