To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out until it stops, then lift and pull it out completely. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent buildup. Use a soft brush to clean the drawer and the compartment.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the drain hose is installed at the correct height. Clean the debris filter located at the bottom front of the machine to ensure it's not blocked.
To run a self-clean cycle, ensure the drum is empty, then press the Power button followed by the Self Clean button, and start the cycle. Do this every 40 washes to maintain optimal performance.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load. Ensure clothes are evenly distributed in the drum. Check that all legs are level and the machine is on a stable surface.
Ensure the door is closed properly and the power cord is plugged in. Check the circuit breaker and confirm that the water supply valves are open.
Refer to the user manual for a list of error codes and their meanings. Common solutions include checking the water supply, cleaning the filter, and ensuring the door is closed securely.
Check the care label on the item first. Use a dedicated waterproof cycle if available, or select a delicate cycle with a low spin speed to prevent damage.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, run a self-clean cycle monthly, check and clean the debris filter, and ensure the door seal is free of debris to prevent mold or odors.
A loud noise may be due to an unbalanced load, loose objects in the drum, or a faulty motor. Check the load distribution and remove any foreign objects. If noise persists, contact customer support.
To reset the machine, unplug it from the power source for a few minutes, then plug it back in. This can help clear minor electronic glitches.
