To properly load laundry, distribute clothes evenly around the drum. Avoid overloading and ensure that there is enough space for clothes to move freely for effective cleaning.
Check if the washer is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the door is fully closed and the Start/Pause button is pressed.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out, then wash it with warm water to remove any detergent residue. Dry it thoroughly before reinserting.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting its feet. Check if the load is balanced and redistribute clothes if necessary.
Locate the filter at the bottom front of the machine. Open the cover, turn the filter cap counterclockwise, and remove it. Clean any debris and rinse under water before reinstalling.
Regularly clean the drum, detergent drawer, and filter. Check for leaks and inspect hoses for signs of wear. Run a self-cleaning cycle monthly.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the pump filter is clean and free from blockages. Verify that the drain hose is positioned correctly.
Use the Delicates cycle which is designed for gentle washing of delicate fabrics. Use cold water and mild detergent for best results.
Empty the drum and add a washer cleaner or liquid chlorine bleach. Select the Self Clean cycle and start the machine. Wipe the drum and door seal after completion.
The burning smell could be caused by a foreign object in the drum or motor. Stop the machine and inspect the drum and filter for any obstructions. If the smell persists, contact a service technician.
