To reset your Samsung NP-NC110 to factory settings, restart your laptop and press the F4 key when the Samsung logo appears. This will take you to the Samsung Recovery Solution. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform a complete restore.
First, ensure that the battery is charged and the power adapter is working. Try a different power outlet. If it still won't turn on, remove the battery and hold the power button down for 15 seconds, then reconnect the battery and try again.
