To connect your Samsung HT-E350 to a TV, use an HDMI cable. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on the home theater system and the other end to the HDMI IN port on your TV. Make sure to select the correct HDMI input on your TV.
First, check if the volume is turned up and not muted on both the home theater system and the TV. Ensure that all speaker cables are connected properly. Verify that the correct input source is selected. If using HDMI, ensure that the audio output settings on the TV are set to use external speakers.
To perform a factory reset, turn off the system. Then, press and hold the "STOP" button on the front panel until 'RESET' appears on the display. This will restore the factory settings.
