To connect your Samsung Gear S2 Sport to a Wi-Fi network, go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi. Toggle the Wi-Fi switch to On, then select the desired network from the list and enter the password if required.
If your Gear S2 Sport is not turning on, ensure it is charged by placing it on the charger. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the Power button for 7-10 seconds to perform a force restart.
