To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Ensure all important data is backed up before proceeding.
First, check if the charger and cable are functioning by testing them with another device. Clean the charging port to remove any debris. If the issue persists, try using a different charger or cable.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, close unused apps, disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use, and enable power-saving mode.
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and ensure Wi-Fi is turned on. Select your network from the list, enter the password if required, and connect.
