To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Confirm the reset by following the on-screen instructions. Ensure all important data is backed up before proceeding.
First, ensure the tablet is charged by connecting it to a power source using the original charger. If it still won't turn on, try performing a soft reset by holding the Power and Volume Down buttons for about 10 seconds.
