To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your selection and the tablet will reset to its original factory settings. Ensure all data is backed up before proceeding.
Your device may be running slowly due to too many apps running in the background. Try closing unused apps, clearing the cache in Settings > Storage, and restarting the tablet.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes and you hear a shutter sound. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different charger or outlet. If the problem persists, it could be a battery issue, and you may need to contact Samsung support.
