To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the action by tapping 'Reset device' and then 'Delete all'. Ensure all important data is backed up before proceeding.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Try using a different charger and outlet. If the problem persists, clean the charging port with compressed air or a small brush.
Reduce screen brightness, turn off background apps, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and enable power-saving mode from the settings.
Go to Settings > About device > Software update. Tap 'Update now' to check for and install any available updates. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life.
Uninstall unused apps, clear app caches by going to Settings > Storage > Cached data, and transfer photos and videos to cloud storage or an external device.
Open Settings, tap on Wi-Fi, and ensure it's turned on. Select your desired network from the list and enter the password if required.
Restart the tablet by holding the power button until it reboots. If the issue persists, consider clearing the cache partition by turning off the device, then holding the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons simultaneously.
Press and hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery.
Go to Settings > Lock screen > Screen lock. Choose a lock type such as Pattern, PIN, or Password, and follow the prompts to set it up.
Close unused apps running in the background, clear cached data regularly, and consider performing a factory reset if the problem continues.
