To extend battery life, you can reduce screen brightness, turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not needed, use Power Saving Mode, and close background apps. Additionally, consider disabling Always On Display and reducing screen timeout duration.
First, check if the charging cable and adapter are properly connected and not damaged. Try using a different charger or outlet. Clean the charging port to remove any dust or debris. If the problem persists, perform a soft reset by holding down the Power and Volume Down buttons for about 10 seconds.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Confirm by tapping "Reset" and then "Delete All". Ensure you back up important data as this will erase all data on the device.
To free up storage, delete unused apps, clear cache data in Settings > Device Maintenance > Storage, and transfer files to a microSD card or cloud storage. You can also use the built-in "Optimize Now" feature under Device Maintenance.
Overheating can be caused by intensive use, such as gaming or streaming, while charging the device. Ensure the phone is updated to the latest software. Avoid using the phone in direct sunlight and consider removing the case during charging. If overheating continues, contact Samsung support.
To update software, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update. Ensure your phone is charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
If the screen is unresponsive, perform a soft reset by pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds until the device restarts. If the issue persists, try booting into Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the problem.
Improve call quality by ensuring good network coverage, restarting your phone, and clearing the microphone by gently cleaning it. You can also reset network settings via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
To enable Developer Options, go to Settings > About Phone > Software Information. Tap "Build Number" seven times until you see a confirmation message. Developer Options will now appear in the Settings menu.
