To perform a factory reset on your Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, go to Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Delete all. Make sure to back up any important data before performing the reset.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously until you see the screen flash and hear a shutter sound. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app under Screenshots.
Quick battery drain can be caused by several factors, such as running too many apps in the background, high screen brightness, or outdated software. Try closing unused apps, reducing screen brightness, and updating your device software.
To update your software, go to Settings > About device > Software update > Download updates manually. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
If your phone won't turn on, try charging it for at least 15 minutes using a known working charger and cable. If it still doesn't turn on, try performing a soft reset by holding down the Power and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds.
To clear the cache partition, turn off your phone. Then, press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears. Use the Volume buttons to navigate to 'Wipe cache partition' and press the Power button to select it.
To improve performance, try clearing the cache partition, uninstalling unused apps, disabling animations in Developer Options, and ensuring your software is up to date.
To enable Developer Options, go to Settings > About device, then tap 'Build number' seven times. Return to the main Settings menu, and you will see Developer Options listed.
To connect to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then toggle the Wi-Fi switch to 'on'. Select your desired network from the list and enter the password if prompted.
If your device is overheating, try closing unused apps, removing the phone case, avoiding direct sunlight, and restarting the device. If the issue persists, contact Samsung support.
