Start by checking the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try a different power source and clean the charging port. If the issue persists, consider replacing the battery or visiting a service center.
Reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, and turn off connectivity features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use. Enable power-saving mode for additional battery life extension.
Go to Settings > Storage > Cached data, then tap OK to clear the cache. Alternatively, clear app-specific cache by going to Settings > Applications > Application manager, selecting the app, and choosing Clear cache.
Check for software updates and install them. Uninstall recently added apps and observe if the issue persists. If necessary, perform a factory reset after backing up your data.
Press and hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously until you see the screen flash. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery under Screenshots.
Delete unused apps, clear app cache, and transfer photos and videos to cloud storage or a computer. Use the Device maintenance feature in Settings to optimize storage.
Restart your phone and router. Forget the Wi-Fi network in the Settings and reconnect by entering the password again. Ensure that the Wi-Fi network is functioning properly.
Go to Settings > About device > Software update > Check for updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
Ensure all apps are updated to the latest version. Clear the app's cache and data via Settings > Applications. If the problem continues, reinstall the problematic app.
