To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset, then tap Reset device and Delete all. Ensure all data is backed up before proceeding, as this will erase all data on the device.
Check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different charger or outlet. If the problem persists, clean the charging port with a soft brush or compressed air to remove any debris.
Reduce screen brightness, disable unused apps and services, and enable power-saving mode. Additionally, limit background data usage and keep the device software updated.
Press and hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously until you see a flash or hear a shutter sound. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app.
